TOYU will accept returns only if you receive a wrong or defective products that meet these requirements:
• Accessories or items to be refunded must be in new condition complete with the hang tag and receipt. If there are any signs of use, we cannot issue any refunds.
• Accessories or items was purchased within the last 3 days.
• Claims for exchange must be made within 3 days of receiving the products.
If the exchanged items are no longer in stock, we will offer an option for full refund or a substitution with another product.
Please inform your Order Number to us when you ask for a replacement.

All costs related to the replacement will be covered by TOYU Indonesia.
Once the item has been received by TOYU Indonesia, we will send you a notification email regarding the item. Please allow up to 5 days for it to be processed.
